Account & Membership

Joining 1IBHub, paying for membership and managing your account.

A one-time welcome window introduces the main areas of the platform.
Billing & invoices

Account

See your membership status, next charge or valid-until date, download invoices and manage billing address, payment card, VAT number or cancellation in the secure billing portal.
Member membership statuses

Admin → Users (admins only)

Admins can see each member’s account-creation progress: email confirmation, verified authenticator setup or email-code backup, and Stripe subscription confirmation or incomplete/failed payment. Subscription confirmation is not proof that a card was charged (for example, a private coupon may apply). Active memberships, scheduled cancellation end dates and platform-access overrides remain separate. Live and test payment records can be viewed separately.
Membership reactivation

Account

After a membership has expired, reactivate it from your account page at any time.

Sign in with your email and password, followed by your second factor: an authenticator app code or, as a backup, a 6-digit code sent to your account email.

Security

Protecting your account and your company's information.

Two-factor authentication (authenticator app)

Account → Security

Add a 6-digit authenticator app code as a second step at sign-in and for sensitive changes.
Sign-in codes via email (2FA alternative)

Account → Security / 2FA setup

For members whose company IT blocks authenticator apps: receive a 6-digit code at your account email address at every sign-in instead. Activate it during the two-factor setup or later in Account → Security.
Password reset by email

Account / Forgot password

Receive a secure link at your main and alternative email address, confirm with your authenticator code and choose a new password.
Change your email address

Account

Alternative email address

Marketplace

Anonymous listings of products and services across Human and Animal Health. Beyond in- and out-licensing, the same Marketplace carries specialized services (from CDMO, regulatory affairs and engineering to IT solutions and job offerings) and Divestment / Asset Sale entries for a company or a single product — so members who are not active in licensing still find counterparties here.

Browse listings

Marketplace

View all active listings, shown in a new random order on every visit so every listing gets visibility. Long lists — territories, therapeutic areas, codes and tags — show a few entries with a “+X more” link that opens the rest. Every teaser is the listing member's own content; responsibility for it is stated at publication and in the Terms.
Product & service filters

Marketplace

Filter by Product Type, Service Type, Regulatory Classification (Human / Animal Health), Manufacturing GMP, Target Territory and deal tags.
ATC & NFC code search

Marketplace (Products)

Search and select WHO ATC Levels 1–5 (including ATCvet Animal Health codes starting with Q) and EphMRA NFC Levels 1–3 to find exact therapeutic areas and dosage forms.
Create a listing (Blind Profile)

Create listing

Publish a product, a service or a Divestment / Asset Sale anonymously. For a divestment you state whether a Product or a Company is being sold; a company is further classified by its field of activity (Products or Services) and then described with the same fields as the matching category. Each published listing earns +10 points. You are solely responsible for the information and claims you publish — the platform only hosts them.
I want to list a product. How do I do that step by step?

Asset Management → Create New Asset

Step-by-step listing instructions, also available in the homepage FAQ and How it works guide.
  1. Sign in to your account and make sure your membership gives you access to Asset Management.
  2. Open Asset Management and select Create New Asset. Under Asset Type, choose Products.
  3. Select your Target Sector (Human Health, Animal Health, or both) and Product Type. Enter the Active Ingredient(s), add Strengths if relevant, and select the Development Phase / Clinical Stage.
  4. Classify the therapeutic area with ATC and the dosage form with NFC. Complete the required Level 1 selections and add more specific levels where relevant.
  5. Complete Regulatory Classification, Manufacturing GMP and Target Territory using the options that accurately describe your product.
  6. If useful, add an Anonymous Teaser Description. Do not include product, brand or company names, contact details or confidential information. Keep clinical-stage information factual and non-promotional; you are responsible for the accuracy of your listing.
  7. Review your entries and click Publish to Marketplace. Your product appears as an anonymous Blind Profile. To update it later, open Manage Portfolio and edit the asset.
I want to list a service. How do I do that step by step?

Asset Management → Create New Asset

Step-by-step listing instructions, also available in the homepage FAQ and How it works guide.
  1. Sign in to your account and make sure your membership gives you access to Asset Management.
  2. Open Asset Management, select Create New Asset and choose Services under Asset Type.
  3. Select the Target Sector you serve and choose the most relevant Service Type.
  4. Enter a short, factual Service Name describing what you offer, without company or brand names. This name is displayed on your Marketplace listing.
  5. Complete Regulatory Classification and Target Territory as applicable to your service. Services do not require the product-only ingredient, clinical-stage, ATC, NFC or Manufacturing GMP fields.
  6. Use the optional Anonymous Teaser Description to explain your capabilities, scope and the kind of engagement you offer. Leave out identifying details and confidential information; you are responsible for the content you publish.
  7. Review the information and click Publish to Marketplace. Your service is published as an anonymous Blind Profile, and you can update it in Manage Portfolio.
I am a recruiter and I want to list a job offering. How do I do that step by step?

Asset Management → Create New Asset

Step-by-step listing instructions, also available in the homepage FAQ and How it works guide.
  1. Sign in to your account with access to Asset Management. Job offerings use the Services category, not a separate job-listing form.
  2. Open Asset Management, select Create New Asset and choose Services under Asset Type.
  3. Choose the relevant Target Sector. Under Service Type, select Job Offerings in the Strategic & Commercial Services group. For a recruitment service rather than a specific vacancy, choose Recruitments & Interim Management instead.
  4. Enter the role as a factual Service Name, for example: Business Development Manager — Human Health. Do not name the employer, your recruitment company or a brand.
  5. Complete Regulatory Classification as applicable (use N/A - Other where appropriate) and choose the relevant Target Territory for the role.
  6. Describe the vacancy in the optional Anonymous Teaser Description: responsibilities, experience required, location or remote arrangements, and employment type. Include only accurate information you are authorised to share; omit employer identity, contact details, candidate data and confidential information.
  7. Review the listing and click Publish to Marketplace. It appears as an anonymous Services listing tagged Job Offerings. Interested members can request contact; accepting a request opens private Chat for further discussion. Use Manage Portfolio to edit or remove the listing when the vacancy is filled.
Name your service listing

Create listing (Services)

Services carry a Service Name you enter yourself, shown in your portfolio and on the Marketplace card instead of an anonymous placeholder. Keep it a short, factual description of what you offer — no company or brand names.
Fast-Track Listing with AI Assistant

Create listing

Copy a ready-made prompt, use it with your documents in an AI tool of your choice and receive all listing fields filled in — without invented information.
Edit or remove your listings

Dashboard / Marketplace

Enter the primary email of the receiving member. They get a request in Chat and must confirm it; only then does the asset move to their account. Either side can cancel or decline while it is pending.
Contact request

Listing detail

Ask the anonymous listing owner to connect. Each new request earns +5 points immediately.
Approve or decline contact requests

Dashboard

As a listing owner, decide who may contact you. Approval opens a Chat.
Weekly ingredient spell check

Chat

Once a week, obvious typos in new listings' active ingredients are pointed out to you in a friendly Chat message.

Matchmaker

Anonymous, criteria-based discovery of partners with double opt-in.

Matching criteria

Matchmaker

Set separate looking-for and offering preferences for Products, Services and Divestment / Asset Sale. Each category keeps its own Target Sector, Regulatory Classification and other preferences when switching between categories; matching compares searches with offers in the same category. Human Health and Animal Health regulatory choices are independent, including identical names such as Cosmetic. Divestment uses product criteria without Service Types. All configured categories participate in matching; Worldwide remains available.
Anonymous match cards

Matchmaker

Review verified executive cards that overlap with your criteria — without names or companies. Long preference lists collapse to a short selection with a "+N more" toggle to expand, so extensive criteria stay readable.
Interested / pass

Matchmaker

Signal interest or skip a card. Each first action on a person earns +1 point.
Mutual match & identity reveal

Matchmaker → Chat

When both sides are interested, identities are revealed and a Chat opens automatically.

Chat

Secure, real-time conversations after a match or an approved request.

Archive chats

Chat → Archive button / Inbox & Archive tabs

Archive conversations to keep your inbox tidy and switch between Inbox and Archive at the top. An archived chat jumps back into the inbox as soon as a new message arrives.
Real-time messaging

Chat

Exchange messages and discuss terms in real time inside the platform.
Unread indicators

Header & Chat

See new messages at a glance, with read status per conversation.

Your own rolling five-year points are shown only on your dashboard.
Personal referral link

News & Insights

News

Business development analyses and industry news for pharma professionals, including a weekly Wednesday deal analysis built from verified, linked sources published within the last five days and published automatically. Deal coverage requires named, source-backed company counterparties; anonymous merger partners, unnamed spinouts and similar placeholders are excluded. Undisclosed financial amounts remain acceptable when the companies are identified, and a shorter verified list is preferred over filler. Newly published articles are also shared automatically on the 1IBHub LinkedIn company page once it is connected in the Admin dashboard. LinkedIn connections expire after about 60 days; when that happens the Admin dashboard shows the connection as expired, the admin receives a reminder email, and reconnecting takes one click with no setup repeated. Every four weeks an additional practical guide for pharma business development executives is published, covering a rotating topic and how 1IBHub functions address it. A public RSS feed at 1ibhub.com/rss.xml lists every published article with a ready-to-post social summary, for LinkedIn and newsletters.
